Facilities with the mark on their listing are eligible to offer AAA members exclusive discounts on self-storage. In order to qualify, they must also pass high standards for excellence. These benchmarks include:
- Honor first month free on all units for AAA members on AAA eligible facilities — a full month if the facility bills on the anniversary, or prorated if the facility bills on the 1st of the month
- A minimum of 3 customer reviews
- 4+ star average rating in customer reviews
- Onsite manager available - no "by appointment only" or "kiosk only" facilities
Terms + Conditions
To receive this discount, you must reserve a storage unit at an eligible facility online or by phone with SelectStorage.com. Eligible facilities will be clearly marked with a AAA Discounts & Rewards℠ mark on their listing. The first month free will be applied by the facility at time of move-in (a full month if the facility bills monthly or prorated if the facility bills on the first of every month). The $20 Amazon gift card will be sent electronically via email by SelectStorage after move-in. Administrative fees, insurance fees and/or security deposit fees still apply. Discount not valid with other promotions. This offer applies only to the first unit rented by new tenants of participating facilities, and will not be applied toward new units rented by existing tenants of those facilities. The AAA member card must be in the name of the person who reserved the storage unit. AAA member card must not be expired.
